(Note, you can see some buckeyes in that picture, too! The bourbon balls are the ones in the middle.)
Ingredients
- 1 box of confectioners sugar
- 1 stick of (real) butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of bourbon
- 3/4 cup of chopped pecans
- Melted Chocolate mixed with food grade paraffin
Directions
- Mix the first five ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place in the refrigerator for about an hour
- Scoop or roll into balls and place back into the refrigerator for another hour
- Dip the balls into the chocolate/paraffin mixture.
